I have two of their books. The first, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day, and their newest, Artisan Pizza and Flat Bread in Five Minutes a Day. I like how versatile even just the basic recipe is. I cut it in half (don't have much room in my fridge), so usually for their basic recipe I use 1 cup wheat flour and 2 1/4 cups white flour. A couple of years ago I catered a photo shoot for Real Simple magazine, and made pita bread for hummus out of this recipe. I've also used it for English muffins, pizza dough - it's all just cooked differently. So versatile. All their bread recipes are no knead. I usually cut the recipes in half and use a 2 quart container to keep my dough in the fridge.
