Took a while to make, but saves time now. I like the pasta sauces over polenta as a snack, too. Dat's a good sauce!!Ravenousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24141461.post-36266461143403946522010-09-27T16:39:33.509-07:002010-09-27T16:39:33.509-07:00Bryanna,

Apparently, I have been buying Lucini sauces in the past.

So I made farinata from scratch from your Nonna's recipe and made the salsa cruda, too.spiceislandveganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13993360181907389563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24141461.post-62029549969577373632010-09-20T12:31:48.101-07:002010-09-20T12:31:48.101-07:00I'm amazed you have time and energy for your m...I'm amazed you have time and energy for your many projects B. Nifty to have a cook of your quality so available and willing to share. Thanks for keeping this type of venture going for us. I think bean flours have alot of potential as delicious protein subs when their properties are further explored. Back in August you mentioned doing mushrooms "seviche"; if you're inclined, would you mind elaborating at some point?Ravenousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24141461.post-13256077849638798352010-09-20T05:31:36.821-07:002010-09-20T05:31:36.821-07:00Thanks, Bryanna. I ordered a few of their products - we are moving very soon and I will be way too busy packing to cook much.

Pat MeadowsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24141461.post-71869697691411872952010-09-19T23:16:07.768-07:002010-09-19T23:16:07.768-07:00oh my gosh Bryanna!!! I see product reviews on blogs pretty frequently, but this is the first time I can remember being totally overwhelmed with envy and desire! A whole shipment of Lucini goodies seems absolutely too good to be true! I guess I just need to write a fabulous vegan Italian cookbook and maybe they'll send me some too! Incidentally, when I lived in Italy we used to go out for cinque e cinque at all hours of the night. I still make it frequently, and it has a special place in my heart.
Buon Appetito!Ameyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00291071425858947632noreply@blogger.com
